Property:

Do you have your property or building lot? All Georgia offers a free lot evaluation and can advise you on the building site when it comes to things like drainage control, the well, septic tank, (if needed) and the right location to place the house.

Financing

If you already have your financing taken care of, that is great, if not All Georgia will be glad to help you with this as they have several financial institutions they can recommend. You will need to obtain a construction loan, which is different than the loan to purchase a home. The construction loan will then be turned into a mortgage at the completion of the build.

Plan Selection:

The selection choices for your plan can be endless.
You may have already selected a plan. AGCH has a design team to help you create your own floor plan. AGCH is a member of the affiliate program with Don Gardner architect. Don Gardner has an array of 100’s of house plans to choose from.

Contract

Once your plans have been selected and approved by you, the client, with all changes made. they are off to the bank. This process usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. After the loan is closed we are ready to start construction.

Construction Phase

This phase usually takes 4 to 6 months depending on the size of home and the weather. AGCH wants this time to be an exciting and pleasurable experience, watching your idea of your dream home take shape. All Georgia, your builders are actually the owners of the company, and it is our goal to be in constant communication with you every step of the way. We take advantage of phone, text and email, and of course regular trips to your site, for communication.

Completion

At the completion of the build a walk-through will be done with your builder to make sure that everything has been done completely to your satisfaction. You will now go to the bank for closing of your construction loan. AGCH aims to have our clients as great referrers, our relationship is not over just because your house is finished.
